This is the second time we have the honour of offering a tape by our dear friend Johan Fotmeijer on Purlieu. Last time around he revived hos old moniker "Claudia Bonarelli" with the album "Ecocide". On "Spa Music For The Socially Depraved" he delves deeper through ambient, new age soundscapes with seven live recorded imporovisations.

Besides making music as a solo act Johan is my second half in our common project "Thet Liturgiske Owäsendet" which was the spark for all things related to me being involved in this scene. A gift of which i am extremely grateful.

Johan Fotmeijer has been an active musician in the electronic music scene since early 2000 with releaes on labels such as Mille Plateux, Boxer, Adjunct, Trapez, Italic, Soniculture, Ideal and Mitek.
